Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SRK Security (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), whether through our website, email, or offline interaction, you (“Client”, “you”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

SRK Security offers cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• Web and API Security Testing
• Network Security Audits
• Static & Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST)
• Security Consulting (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA readiness)
• Security Awareness Training
• Offensive Security Assessments (Red Team)
• Defensive Security Engineering (Blue Team)

Detailed service descriptions and deliverables will be outlined in each client-specific Statement of Work (SoW) or Service Agreement.

Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services.
• Grant necessary access to systems, applications, or data as per the agreed scope.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unethical activity.
• Comply with all applicable data protection and cybersecurity laws while working with us.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to:

• Credentials, source code, and network diagrams
• Internal documentation and configurations
• Reports, findings, and remediation guides Any breach of this clause will lead to immediate contract termination and may attract legal consequences.

Deliverables and Ownership

• All reports, dashboards, and outputs provided to the client as a result of the service engagement will be considered confidential deliverables.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, all intellectual property and proprietary methodologies used in testing remain the property of SRK Security.
• Clients may use deliverables only for internal purposes and compliance needs.

Fees and Payment Terms

• Fees are specified in the individual Statement of Work (SoW).
• 50% advance payment may be required to initiate the engagement unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices must be settled within 15 calendar days of issue unless specified.
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Refunds for advance payments are subject to the scope not being started and cancellation requested in writing. Partial refunds (if any) will be at SRK Security’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRK Security shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
• Breaches or damages caused by vulnerabilities present before or outside our scope of testing Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service under dispute.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SRK Security harmless from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our services, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement if:

• The client fails to cooperate or provide required access.
• Payments are not made as per agreed terms.
• Misuse or unethical use of our services is detected. The client may also terminate the contract with 7 days written notice, but will be liable for the fees of any completed work or committed resources.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

SRK Security reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will supersede previous versions without prior notice.
